“After 10 years as a company manager, I felt that I was stuck. Several personnel changes within the organization meant that I did not know how to move forward or what was important to develop the business. I attended Focused Leadership where personal meetings were prepared with literature reading. <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

During these meetings, I was able to safely reflect on myself as a leader and gained insight into how the organization could develop – and thus which aspects of me as a leader needed to be developed in order to achieve that. Anette has a genuine commitment, a positive attitude that is contagious and an ability to provide exactly the challenges I needed to move forward. Today I feel more clear about myself as a leader, and when there are times when I feel lost, Anette sits on my shoulder and cheers me on.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Our organization also needed to get started with a value-based work. The work was started with the support of Anette, who was also by our side the whole time – but who also held workshops and follow-ups. These occasions have been greatly appreciated by all the staff, but also by me as a company manager, as I see the power of being both encouraged and challenged in a group for the good of the business.
