Leadership or self-leadership is about finding the right approach in life and at work in each given situation. To be able to get the most out of life, whatever that may mean for you in any given phase of life.
We see every person as a leader, and this is what makes it so thrilling. The art of understanding how I lead myself every day, directly or indirectly, and how this affects others through interacting. To lead oneself is vigorous and to lead others is fun!
